Christmas Open House with Santa – December 6
12 pm – 4 pm

Our Christmas Open House with Santa will look a bit different this year but after careful consideration and planning, the WLHS has developed a COVID friendly visit with Santa on December 6th from 12-4 pm. We are very happy to be able to have Santa back in the Thompson School to see the children and collect their Christmas wishes. Santa will remain in the Thompson School and wave to guests from the front window as they drop off their wish lists. If responses from Santa are desired, please provide a return address to assist the elves in this endeavor. Candy cane chutes will enable Santa’s helpers to send our young visitors a token of Santa’s affection that has already been packaged. Photo opportunities will help preserve your Christmas memories. Masks, distancing, fresh air and joyful holiday spirit a must! We will not be able to open the buildings or provide refreshments and music in 2020 but have high hopes for 2021. Believe!

 Annual Events

The annual Kelley-Fisk Farm Festival is the weekend after Labor Day. The festival has been held since 1986. It is a fun-filled family weekend with lots of entertainment, crafters, food, encampments and some antique autos and tractors. We make homemade apple pie on the premises. This is our major fundraiser for the year which enables us to do our best to maintain the historic building and grounds.
