Join the speaker to learn about the brand-new Michigan History Alliance Grant Program (MHAGP)! The goal of the MHAGP is to provide funding for small- to medium-sized history organizations in Michigan. In contrast to many other grant programs, the MHAGP targets basic needs that many smaller organizations with annual budgets of under $250,000 face. Applicants must be a certified IRS 501(c)3 non-profit, city, or tribal history entity within the state of Michigan and must be a member of the History Society of Michigan for at least one year prior to the application date. This workshop will provide an in-depth explanation of the program, requirements, restrictions, and more.
