Breckenridge-Wheeler Area Historical Society

The Breckenridge-Wheeler Area Historical Society preserves area history. The society’s museum is located in an 1890 Baptist Church. Exhibits feature local farming, businesses, music, and lumbering.

The society’s collections include a research library with news accounts and oral histories, artifacts from farming and businesses, and war memorabilia from the Civil War, WWI, and WWII.
