Are you experiencing problems logging in to PayPal to process your purchase/donation? Here are some things to look for, common problems that are often easy to fix. All of these instructions apply to the PayPal secure web site, and if you fail a few times, a window will pop open that gives you a phone number to call.
Please note: The most common problem users experience is your browser will not accept "cookies" from PayPal. You can find instructions to remedy that for Internet Explorer on a PC below.
If you need help logging in, consider the following:
Are you having difficulty because of a problem with your password?
Are you using a browser that doesn't support cookies, or do you have cookies disabled? Your browser must support cookies, and the option must be enabled in order for you to log in. This is for your security and convenience, so that you don't have to log in with your password every time you view a new page.
