In 2000 the Norwegian Lutheran Church Historical Society was founded to maintain, restore, and facilitate future use of the historic church building. The Calumet church was built by Edward Ulseth and his nephew Nels Ulseth who were born in the Krisiansun, Norway area.
Open June 6 through October, daily from 8 am-6 pm.
Collections include information about the Norwegian Lutheran Church local (Copper Country) history.
